Classic Butter Chicken

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Chicken Breast
  • 6 tsp Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
  • 4 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 4 tbsp Garlic Paste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with yogurt, turmeric, chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, ginger paste, and garlic paste for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  3. Add the ginger paste, garam masala, turmeric, cumin seeds, and chili powder. Stir until fragrant.
  4. Blend the tomatoes into a smooth paste and add them to the pan. Cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
  5. Add the marinated chicken and cook until fully cooked.
  6. Serve hot with basmati rice or naan bread. Enjoy!
