- 16 oz Chicken Breast
- 6 tsp Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
- 4 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 4 tbsp Garlic Paste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with yogurt, turmeric, chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, ginger paste, and garlic paste for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add the ginger paste, garam masala, turmeric, cumin seeds, and chili powder. Stir until fragrant.
- Blend the tomatoes into a smooth paste and add them to the pan. Cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until fully cooked.
- Serve hot with basmati rice or naan bread. Enjoy!
